This one-day strategic convening brings together health care, technology, administration and state health leaders from across the country to plan for their participation in the newly established program.
As part of the recently-passed “Big Beautiful Bill,” Congress created a Rural Transformation Program, which provides $50 billion to states to transform rural health care. Congress outlined a series of stipulations that are to be met to receive the money, including prioritizing new and emerging technologies that emphasize prevention and chronic disease management, rural hospital innovation, as well as use of data to help rural health care providers to help rural patients.
This is an opportunity to improve rural health care, but also health and overall wellness, through technology, data and innovation. Our goal is to collectively discuss and brainstorm the highest-impact opportunities for states – programs that would strengthen patient access, reinforce existing infrastructure like rural hospitals, and drive rural innovation in digitally-enabled care.
Join us in shaping the future of rural health.
