In September 2025, we convened the Rural Health Transformation Planning Summit in Washington, DC, bringing together state and federal leaders to explore implementation of the new $50 billion Rural Health Transformation Program. This one-day convening focused on how states can leverage technology, data, and innovative care models to strengthen rural health systems, expand access, and support long-term transformation. The agenda for the event is designed to offer both open and closed discussions. The reocrding will include all panel sessions, providing broad access to key conversations. The roundtable discussions will be closed sessions, allowing for more focused, candid dialogue among participants.
The roundtables will provide an opportunity for deeper discussion on priority topics. Attendees will be able to choose four round tables for an "office hour" type of discussion.
