In September 2025, we convened the Rural Health Transformation Planning Summit in Washington, DC, bringing together state and federal leaders to explore implementation of the new $50 billion Rural Health Transformation Program. This one-day convening focused on how states can leverage technology, data, and innovative care models to strengthen rural health systems, expand access, and support long-term transformation.
